Stop letting editing software, technical headaches, expensive equipment and social clip rendering steal 10+ hours of your week, or from starting a podcast at all!!!
You're the talent. You have the vision. You have the voice.
We're the invisible production crew that makes your podcast look, sound, and perform like a top-tier podcast.
The Reality Check
You didn't start your business to become a video editor. Yet here you are, scrubbing timelines at midnight, transcribing episodes at 6am, and wondering why the audio sounds like a tin can. That mental fatigue is costing you massive amounts of time, better client calls, and thousands in lost revenue. Let us do it!
Recording is only 20% of the work. Between editing, mastering, creating clips, writing descriptions, show notes, uploading to platforms, designing thumbnails, and promoting — you're running a mini media company without the staff.
You know you should publish weekly. But the production burden makes you skip a week... then two... then three. Your audience moves on. The algorithm buries you. Your momentum — gone.
Your audience judges your expertise by your production quality.
Bad audio, poor lighting, and inconsistent branding don't just look unprofessional — they actively erode the authority you're trying to build. We have it all ramped up for you.
If your hourly rate is $75+, every hour you spend editing is $75 you're not earning. Multiply that by 6 to 10 hours per episode, 4 episodes per month — that's $3,600/month in lost opportunity cost.
Which DAW? What bitrate? Loudness normalization? Hosting platforms, uploading to tricky sites, writing descriptions? Each micro-decision drains the cognitive bandwidth you need for your actual business.
Your current workflow
⚠ Fragmented. Time-consuming. Stressful.
With CastLab: You talk. You leave. The polished episode goes live within 72 hours!
The CastLab Difference
CastLab is a quaint, acoustically treated micro-studio built for one thing: effortless content creation. You walk in. You talk. You walk out.
Within 72 hours, your episode is live and your social clips are in your Dropbox.
High quality microphones, professional backup audio, and a room designed to record clear, clean audio. Your voice has never sounded this authoritative, this clean, this present. Plus we do some touch ups at the end to improve everything and check for issues.
Multi-camera 4K setup with flattering three-point lighting designed specifically for faces and conversation. No harsh shadows, no distortion, no DIY ring-light look. Just polished, professional visuals that match your authority. Not only that
we add a few digital touches to make you look your very best.
We handle the entire post-production pipeline: edit, colour, sound, music, master, render, upload to Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and beyond. We also send you show notes, a transcription, clips, thumbnails — all done. You talk to
your guest, we do the rest!
Most podcast services hand you a raw file and wish you luck. CastLab operates as your full production department — the team you'd hire if you had a $200K annual media budget, distilled into a per-episode concierge fee.
"The question isn't whether you can afford a concierge service. The question is whether you can afford to keep doing everything yourself."
— The CastLab Philosophy

The Space
CastLab isn't a cluttered garage or a loud coffee shop. It's a purpose-built, sound-dampened environment where the only thing you hear is the clarity of your own ideas. Every surface, every angle, every piece of equipment has been chosen with one goal: make you sound and look amazing.
The moment you sit in the chair, you feel it. The room is warm. The lighting is flattering. The microphone is positioned perfectly.
There's no setup, no fiddling, no technical decisions.
Just you and your thoughts, captured in broadcast-quality fidelity.

The Story Behind the Studio
CastLab was born from a frustration I saw repeated hundreds of times: brilliant entrepreneurs, coaches, and experts with world-class insights — defeated by the technical complexity of podcast production. They would never even bother starting or they'd record 5 episodes, burn out on the editing, and quit. Their audiences never got to hear what they had to say.
I have spent 18 years in video production. I've worked on film sets, filmed and edited documentaries, two TV show pilots, worked with motivational speakers, business leaders, Ted X conferences and independent creators
I built CastLab to bring that caliber of production to independent voices — without requiring them to learn a single piece of software.
Every process in this studio has been refined. Every piece of equipment has been tested against alternatives. Every workflow has been optimized to eliminate friction. The result: you get broadcast-quality production, and you never spend a minute worrying about anything but your interview.
"We created a done-for-you service. Our mission is simple: remove every barrier between your expertise and your audience."
For ongoing episodes: If you're not completely satisfied with the audio quality, video production, or final deliverables, we will re-edit at zero cost — or refund your payment in full. No questions, no friction, no risk.
We've never had a client request a refund. But we want you to know you're protected.
Your first 3 episodes involve significant collaborative setup work — branding, music licensing, custom openers/closers, graphics, and b-roll sourcing. This initial phase requires your input and approval and typically takes 1–2 weeks (not the standard 72-hour turnaround). We offer multiple revisions during this phase until every element meets your standards. Once your show's identity is locked in, all future episodes follow the standard 72-hour turnaround with the full Sound-Right Guarantee.
Limited Availability
To maintain the production quality our clients expect, we cap our roster at 8 concurrent podcast clients. This isn't manufactured scarcity — it's a small team with one studio, and a commitment to never rush your content.
We intentionally limit clients to ensure every episode receives the meticulous attention it deserves. When the roster is full, new clients join a waitlist.
Current rates are locked for founding clients. As demand increases and the roster fills, per-episode pricing will increase. Book now to secure today's rate permanently.
Every week without a published episode is a week your competitors are building the audience that should be yours. Compound growth starts with the first episode.
Questions & Concerns
We've had many of these conversations. Here are the honest answers to every question our prospective clients ask before they commit.
You absolutely can — and many of our clients tried that first. Here's what they discovered: A freelance editor handles one step. CastLab handles 37 steps. You'd need a separate audio editor ($75–150), video editor ($100–200), social media clip creator ($50–100), show notes writer ($25–50), and a virtual assistant to coordinate uploads ($25–50/hr). Add studio rental ($100–200/session) and equipment costs. Suddenly you're spending $500–800+ per episode AND managing 4–5 different contractors. CastLab consolidates all of that into a single per-episode fee, a single point of contact, and zero management overhead. The $400 Standard package isn't expensive — it's dramatically underpriced compared to the alternative. Ask around. I embrace it.
Before your first episode is even filmed, there's an enormous amount of setup work: creating custom graphics, finding and licensing music, designing your opener and closer, sourcing b-roll, building lower thirds, and crafting every element that gives your show its professional identity. This creative development is baked into the 3-Episode Launch Package. It wouldn't be feasible to do all that work for a single episode. Plus, podcasting is a compound-growth medium — three episodes is the minimum to establish a rhythm and see real traction. Your first episode is still covered by our Sound-Right Guarantee — if you're not satisfied, you get a full refund.
Perfect — you're our ideal client. You already understand the value of podcasting, you've built an audience, and now you want to reduce your workload. We'll match or refresh your existing branding (intro/outro, graphics, tone) and seamlessly integrate into your publishing schedule. Your listeners will notice the quality jump immediately.
The studio experience is our signature and our goal — it's where the magic happens and where you'll get the absolute best quality. However, we understand that travel isn't always possible. For remote episodes, we provide a professional setup guide for your home environment and can handle all post-production on your recorded files. The production pipeline works the same — you just record from your location, send us the files, and we handle everything from there. Other than the occasional high profile interview that you can only do online, we strongly recommend our studio. The difference is night and day.
After our initial coffee meetup (free, no obligation), we schedule a 30-minute onboarding meetup to understand your brand, your audience, and your content goals. We then begin building your branded templates (intro/outro, graphics, show description format) — this initial launch phase takes 1–3 weeks with your input. From there, you book your first recording session and we're rolling. Most clients go from first contact to first published episode in under two weeks.
100% yes. You own every second of audio, every frame of video, every word of show notes. All raw files are delivered to your Dropbox after every episode. If you ever decide to leave CastLab, you walk away with your complete content library, your hosting account credentials, and full control of your podcast channels. We don't hold your content hostage. We earn your continued business by being indispensable — not by locking you in.
Our Empire package includes content strategy. We offer optional quarterly strategy sessions (included with Empire, available as an add-on for Standard) where we review your analytics, suggest topic directions, and help you plan your content calendar. We're not a marketing agency, but we understand what makes podcast content perform — and we share those insights with every client. We have more advice than you would ever want to hear.
